Shipper's Interest Insurance

First-party coverage you control — protecting your vehicle during every mile of transport.

What Is Shipper's Interest Insurance?

Standard carrier cargo insurance protects the carrier — not you. Shipper's interest insurance is your own first-party policy, meaning you file claims directly without depending on the carrier's insurer to cooperate.

Through our partnership with tint, Nations Auto Transport offers this modern coverage underwritten by R.V.I. Guaranty Co., Ltd. (Bermuda) — giving you up to $200,000 per vehicle in protection.

Nationwide vehicle protection coverage across the United States
